Do you know, today is World Laughter Day.It is observed on the first Sunday of May. 

The World Laughter Day came into existence in 1998.It was introduced by Dr Madan Kataria who is the founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga Movement.
Benefits of laughter:

  • Improves immunity by reducing stress
  • Helps in relaxation
  • Improves sleep quality
